Spot 4 Kidz Action is an Outside School Hours Care service to support parents in the role of parenting their primary school age children. Our goal is to support families through the provision of quality child care. We believe children should be valued and respected individuals and should be given the opportunity to develop the necessary skills to become effective members of society. We encourage parents to be part of Spot 4 Kidz program as we see this as an important part of their children’s development. We aim to provide children with learning opportunities through creative play and everyday life skills.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday Before School care:.................................................. 6.30am – 8.30am $14.00 All fees are subject to Child Care Benefit rebates through Centrelink. This benefit helps with the cost of child care and its rate is dependant on assessment from Centrelink. Child Care Benefit cannot be offered until we have received an official letter from Centrelink. Enrolment/Attendance:............................................................. All families utilising the Service are required to complete an enrolment form for every child attending. Enrolments for permanent days must be registered at the beginning of each term or on enrolment. Casual bookings can also be made 12 hours prior, except in emergency situation when you can contact the Coordinator or leave a message on the phone. There is an annual enrolment fee of $10.00 per family, this helps cover some of the operational costs of the Service. This payment is due every February or on enrolment. This fee is not subject to Child Care Benefit rebate. Children who are expected to attend the service on their allocated day that do not show up, a parent will be contacted immediately. Where the parent is not contactable the emergency contacts will be called. Schools areas serviced: Yugumbir State School, Regents Park State School & Boronia Heights State School.
