Spot 4 Kidz Professional Development

Professional Development is the latest service to be offered by Spot 4 Kidz, offering Strengths Based Training for Professionals working with children. This includes professionals working in the feild of education, childcare, government and non government sectors. Professional Development training is delivered though a series of Behaviour Management Workshops and is also offered in a two day intensive training seminar.

Spot 4 Kidz have university qualified staff in human services—child & family, psychology, welfare, education & have had extensive training in child development & behaviour management of children 0—12 years. We also have staff trained in Certificate 4 Workplace Training & Assessment therefore ensuring quality workshop structure. All our staff are trained in strengths based practice as this is part of Spot 4 Kidz working philosophy.
